Customers of Laing Homes in South London can now choose their furniture and fittings from a virtual show suite over the internet.
Currently Yourshowhome.co.uk replicates the furnishings, furniture, floor coverings and light fittings available in the show suite at Laing's Langley Park development in Beckenham.
Once customers have purchased a home an appointment is made with a Yourshowhome.co.uk representative who shows them how to purchase show suite options over the net.
If items are ordered early enough they will be delivered prior to handover, although purchasers can still order over the system once they've moved in. The venture is in conjunction with Vogue Interiors, which is also offering purchasers at Langley Park a personalised design service.
