Contractor Waring has been awarded a £6.3m contract to design and construct a new 8,030m2 commercial facility on behalf of Chichester Business Park Partnership.

The initiative will offer the future tenant a high quality office, warehousing and production facilities.

The Andrews Partnership is the QS, the project manager is AP Management and the architect is Harrington Design.

Work is due to be completed in October 2006.
