Ujima Housing Association is to provide 27 affordable homes in this £4m luxury development in west London.

Ujima will work with developer St George on the second phase of the Imperial Wharf scheme in Fulham. The 1665-home project, on a former gas works site, includes offices, restaurants and shops, a hotel, a park and a riverside walkway. Building work on the homes has begun.
