Bruno Miglio (2) has succeeded Andrew Hall as group leader of Arup’s UK facades, materials and product design teams. Hall will focus on a number of wider design-related roles at Arup.

Neil Oliver (5), honorary secretary for CIBSE South Wales, has been appointed technical sales specialist at Jaga Heating Products. He was previously with Dunham-Bush.
Property maintenance firm Integral has appointed Don Urquhart (6) as a director. He joins from OCS Engineering where he handled safety and environmental policies.
Stephen Maddocks has joined Cundall in Manchester as a partner specialising in healthcare. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the construction industry.
Buro Happold has promoted five building services engineers to partners: Edith Blennerhassett, Dublin; Mike Cooper, Manchester; Andy Keelin, London; Steven Williamson and Stephen Jolly, Bath.
CAD21 has promoted three associates to shareholding directors: Adrian Gray, electrical director, Tyneside & Teesside; Peter Ather, mechanical director, Tyneside; Garry Charlton, mechanical director, Teesside.
Hilson Moran has appointed James Lane as principal fire consultant.
Wesley Kent has become Fireco’s sales director and Michelle Bussey is operations director.
