Stephanie Hoffman (pictured) has joined Faber Maunsell’s Hatton Garden office in London as buildings consultant. Aged 26, she was previously a project engineer for the energy and power services division of DMJM in California.

John Blears (pictured) becomes divisional head of Operon Design. He is also responsible for Operon’s environmental and energy management arm, GENEX.

Sound and vibration equipment firm Brüel & Kjær has appointed Lars Rønn (pictured) as managing director. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the electronic components industry.

Arthur Charlesworth (pictured) is to manage the ABB University in Telford, where he will help build staff and customer training in automation systems. His previous role was as a consultant for ABB Engineering Services.

David Mitchell (pictured) has joined Henderson Green’s Southampton office as an intermediate engineer. He was formerly a junior mechanical design engineer at Blair-Rains M&E Design.

Gary Mannus (pictured) has been appointed managing director at Armstrong HVAC Manchester, where he is to as assume overall responsibility for all Manchester-based HVAC operations. He joins Armstrong from Flamco where he was group commercial director based in the Netherlands.

Bob Cowlard has rejoined Sanyo Airconditioners Europe as business planning manager, with responsibility for overall strategy and product development.

Anglian Water Group has appointed Guy Wakeley as chief executive of its Morrison Facilities Services (MFS) business. He joins from Amey, where he was managing director of the built environment division.
