Ingrid Reynolds has become head of property and new business at Notting Hill Housing Group in west London. She joins from Acton Housing Association, where she was development director.
She began her housing career as an administrator at housing association Circle 33 and rose through the ranks to become deputy development director. She has also been involved in Southall Regeneration Partnership as a non-executive director.
Rose Sandell
London & Quadrant Housing Trust has taken on Rose Sandell as regeneration and business initiatives manager. She joins L&Q from Metropolitan Housing Trust, where she was a land manager.
Mick Leggett
Mick Leggett is the new head of housing management services at Peterborough council in Cambridgeshire.
He’s worked in housing for more than 25 years and has been assistant director of housing for Braintree council in Essex and director at Blackwater Housing Association, Norfolk.
Sandra Brown
Property consultant ATIS Real Weatheralls has appointed Sandra Brown as housing specialist. She will advise on the transfer of NHS staff accommodation, negotiate affordable housing through section 106 agreements and research key-worker housing needs. She was previously housing strategy officer for Sutton council in Surrey and has worked for other local authorities in London and the Midlands.
Oriel Housing Group
Dick Peters has joined Southampton-based registered social landlord Oriel Group as health and safety manager. He was previously health and safety officer at the Institute for Animal Health. Pat Hann has joined Oriel as finance officer. She has moved from Atlantic Housing Group, also based in Hampshire, where she was a finance assistant.
John Laing Training
Mark Lunn (left) and Gary Barnard (left) have become, respectively, managing director and operations director at John Laing Training. Gary was operations manager when the training division was part of Laing Homes and will be promoted to the board of the new company. Mark was business development manager of Laing and general manager of Laing Training.
Caroline Stewart
Caroline Stewart has joined the board of HomeZone Housing in Staffordshire. She will help HomeZone with equalities issues. She works in equalities development for the environmental and consumer services department of Birmingham council.
Mark Giddins
Oxfordshire-based Soha Housing has a new key-worker sales coordinator: Mark Giddins. Previously he spent 20 years as a building society manager, mortgage broker and independent financial adviser.
