International consultancy EC Harris has appointed Jason Denning senior commercial manager at its Leicester office.

John Barnett has joined project management consultant Clarus Consulting as associate director.

The Birmingham office of law firm Cobbetts has appointed two partners, Building columnist James Bessey and Mark Robinson.
