Castle Green nearly doubles turnover in ‘transformational year’ for north-west housebuilder

Runcorn-based firm predicts ‘consolidation’ year in 2026 following rapid growth over past 12 months

Castle Green Homes has posted significant increases in its annual profit and turnover in what it described as a “transformational year” for the business.

The Runcorn-based housebuilder, in its accounts to 31 March 2025, reported turnover of £168.2m, up 92% year-on-year on the £87.5m posted for the previous year.
