Clancy Consulting has designed the building services for the new £6.1m Environment Centre for Wales at Bangor University.

The design team includes Gleeds acting as cost manager, structural engineers Veryards and architectural practice, The Fairhurst Design Group.

The new, purpose-built 2,820m² structure covers three floors, is to house a state-of-the-art laboratory and has been awarded a BREEAM rating of ‘excellent’.
