Environmental consultancy SLR Consulting has appointed Taylor as a senior planner in its Cardiff office. He joins from RPS, where his responsibilities included planning applications and appeals, site appraisals and promotion of strategic residential sites.

Jason Wallace

The new managing director of Gladedale (North East Scotland), Wallace will head a string of ongoing developments across Fife, Tayside and Aberdeenshire. He joins from Taylor Wimpey, where he was development director at Bryant Homes (East) Scotland.

Ben Burton

Commercial fit-out and refurbishment specialist Overbury has appointed Burton as business development manager of its new Midlands office. Burton is a former business development manager at ISG in Birmingham and has more than 10 years’ experience.

Carillion has appointed David Jones as business development manager for its Leeds office. Stewart Milne Homes has appointed finance director Martin Conneally and commercial director Iain Carroll to the team at its Trafford Park HQ in Manchester. Colin Dearlove, formerly group finance director of Barratt Developments, joins Gleeson as non-executive director, replacing Eric Stobart. David Ianson joins Galliford Try Infrastructure as pre-construction director for the transport business unit. Gino Salvatore is the new business development manager for Morrison Construction’s northern region.
