I am becoming extremely frustrated with the mainly positive press that adjudication receives and which in my view is not deserved.
The reality is that, increasingly, the process is at best a lottery. I reserve particularly scathing comment for some of the RICS panel adjudicators. Complaining to the RICS is almost completely pointless as it seems to be the adjudicators themselves who decide disciplinary matters.
