Fast track to the future

It is good to see that Partnerships for Schools (PfS) is agile enough in its approach to transform the procurement process to fast-track schools for those local authorities that have shown their ability to manage large scale programmes and demonstrate how they would maximise educational transformation opportunities.

Hopefully PfS and the eight local authorities can share their knowledge so we can all benefit from the lessons learned and together speed up procurement while creating inspirational learning environments.
