Analyst Chris Millington works from dawn till dusk, and takes his Blackberry with him to the beach. Even his little leisure time is full of drive (Wii Tiger Woods’ golf drive, that is)

What’s your favourite bookmark?

For work I look at Google news (news.google.com), the newswires and building.co.uk of course!

At home it’s the usual stuff like iTunes and Amazon. And Wikipedia because I’m a bit of a geek like that.

Do you use social networking websites?

No, I’m probably a bit of a neanderthal in that way and it’s not really encouraged to look at things like Facebook at work. And I just don’t get the time, to be honest. I’m up at 5.30am and only get back at 7.00pm so by the time I’ve gone for a run or something there’s only an hour or two left in the day.

What’s the most played tune on your iPod at the moment?

I like all the old Manchester bands from my teenage years like Stone Roses. I’ve got quite an eclectic mix though, including things like The Doors, Guns ’n’ Roses and The Cure. I’m not really a fan of these new pop bands. I like to listen to music when I’m running because it takes my mind off the pain.

What have you bought online recently?

The most recent thing I bought was a holiday to Thailand. I can’t remember which site it was; my fiancée tends to do all that sort of stuff. I like Tripadvisor (tripadvisor.com) though because it also gives you an overview of countries and resorts.

Do you take your Blackberry on holiday?

Yes, unfortunately. But I only turn it on once a day, normally with a beer at about 6.00pm for half an hour before we go out in the evening.

What’s your favourite gadget and why?

We’ve got a couple of 40” flat-screen TVs at home – one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Our house is on three stories so we like to have a telly there whatever end of the house we are in.

What’s on your DVD player at the moment?

Again, it’s difficult to find the time to watch films. One film I did watch recently was Dodgeball, which I thought was funny. I’m a bit of a fan of the old school films like Pulp Fiction and I really like the first Matrix movie – but not the sequels.

What shall we play?

I’m a big golf fan so it was Tiger Woods on my Nintendo Wii, which my fiancée bought me for Christmas. When my mates are over we generally play the sports games or Mario Kart.
