With regard to your news story on page 13 of your 30 January issue, "Sir Robert McAlpine in row over £21m Cambridge Lab", there was an adjudication in early 2003 between the University of Cambridge and Sir Robert McAlpine relating to delays to the project, which was settled at the time. It was agreed from the start that the top priority for this building was to meet the exacting standards of a scientific building. The university is pleased with the building and is looking forward to handover in the late spring.
