I hope that Wendy Coggan's remarks (Letters, 19 March) spur other RICS members to reply to our surveys.
The 2003 survey (the first of its kind) had a response of 12% and provided valuable feedback on what members want from their professional body. The data was made available to all RICS member boards and incorporated into the Brooke review. I urge all our members not to miss this opportunity to have their say.
