The UK is less attractive to infrastructure investors than rivals because of the burden of regulation here

In response to the story “UK less attractive to infrastructure investors” than rivals (10 December, www.building.co.uk) - it is over- regulation that is killing the UK, all created by civil servants or academics who would cease to be employed in such large numbers if the regulations were eased.
The madness has to stop.
