These benefits are making 68 staff redundant, 18 of whom are from the design group – with a couple of others leaving due to the internal poor management. Perhaps your interviewer might have asked Dickon Robinson about design group redundancies instead of concentrating on the development redundancies. Staff morale is at rock bottom and I cannot believe the benefits of the trust's top-down design strategy have outweighed this cost.
