I was interested to read your Hansom story regarding the careers section of Gleeds' new website (2 April, page 25).
It is good to see the industry trying to attract recruits by appealing to their values and musical tastes, rather than the usual stuffy, middle-aged approach.

Regarding suggested music for those construction professionals already working in the industry, how about something reflecting the frantic pace we are all working at the moment: The Flight of the Bumble Bee might suit?

For those with a longer track record looking for a role towards the end of the their careers in the civils side, the Beatles' classic The Long and Winding Road might appeal.
