Ebor Equipment continues to add new products to its extended range of machinery for the glass industry.

The Rochdale based company is introducing its own range of automatic cutting tables manufactured in Italy by GFPM.

The GTS range of automatic shape cutting tables combines high levels of build quality with flexibility.

The same robust build quality applies to Ebor’s new GTL range of automatic laminate cutting table and both ranges offer the most up-to-date, easy to use software with on-board optimisation and programming, with air flotation/felt covered tables as standard and rack and pinion drive mechanism for accuracy and tolerance.

The new edge deletion system, designed by GFPM, is an easy to use, low cost option that can be readily fitted to shape, laminate and XY straight cut tables. These automatic cutting tables are loaded with standard features and options to improve accuracy, safety and efficiency, says Ebor.

CNC work centres

Ebor is launching an exciting new range of Gadia CNC work centres, which are made in Spain by Grupo DAM. These multi-functional CNCs are available with three and four axis movements to perform on all thickness of glass.

Functions include: routing/ milling; drilling; edge grinding and finishing; bevelling; sawing; surface grooving and brilliant cutting. This extended versatility and flexibility means that the equipment is capable of producing a variety of products and the return on investment can be much quicker than with alternative machines.

These reliable, efficient machines are available in two bed sizes: 3m x 1.6m and 4m x 2m, and are easy to program and operate, says Ebor.

Gadia CNC work centres are well engineered and supported by Ebor’s experienced engineers.

To mark the launch of the Gadia machines in the UK, Ebor has special introductory offers available for ‘early bird’ customers.
