Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies has developed a range of bomb-rated automatic doors that have been tested with a 100kg TNT explosion at 25m and 45m ranges.
The manufacturer says the doors are designed for high-risk areas such as government offices, transport hubs, public buildings, military establishments and financial institutions and that they are similar in appearance and performance to standard automatic doors.
