Building membrane maker Icopal has launched two products for flat roofs.

The first is an adjustable support system called Roofguard, used for paved and raised deck applications. The company says it provides a fully-supported paved area, terrace, walkway or balcony, without damaging waterproofing membranes.

The second product is a seamless, reinforced, hot-applied, modified-bitumen membrane called Parabit. This has been designed for the waterproofing of concrete substrates, access roadways, and green and plaza deck roofs. According to Icopal it can be installed in far less time than traditional pour-and-roll or torch-on waterproofing membranes.
