SAS International has announced that its System 600 acoustic lighting rafts are now available as a range of standardised designs.
Previously the products were available only as a bespoke solution; the company says the standardised approach should reduce costs. The acoustic rafts can be suspended from exposed ceilings, making them suitable for use with naturally ventilated buildings. The system is available in a number of configurations including curved, flat, angular or bespoke, and is available with a choice of acoustic treatments to reduce reverberation times. The lighting rafts can be specified to carry services including cabling and PA, fire detection and control systems.
