Marley Waterproofing has introduced a roofing membrane called Uniply PVC to the UK.

This has a woven polyester reinforcement mesh designed to prevent moisture leaking into the membrane itself. The mesh, which is protected by a single UV-stabilised layer of PVC, also helps ensure that the lower polymer layer is flat and evenly distributed. Marley says Uniply PVC forms a clean, uniform finish on all types of flat roof application, whether mechanically secured or fully adhered and is also suitable for use on podiums and terraces.
