Harting has added a hood with an M32 straight cable outlet to its Han-Modular(r) Compact range of industrial connectors.

The hood provides a compact plug-in solution for power systems that use large-gauge wire (greater than 10 mm² cross-section or AWG 8), where cable diameter is so wide that an M32 cable gland and a big connector are needed.

The connector is based on the established Han-Modular(r) system.
