Is the Health and Safety Executive out of control? I feel sorry for many of the firms being fined under the guise of health and safety.

In many cases I believe the persons injured are responsible for their own actions. They should be the ones prosecuted. The firms that employ these people should be able to sue for loss of trade.

It’s time workers insured themselves against gross stupidity. I think many cases fall into this category.
