The design teams for Brighton and Hove council have unveiled their proposals for the multi-use King Alfred Centre on Hove seafront, which will include sports facilities and housing.
The three teams competing for the project are Barratt Southern Counties and Brunswick Development Group, with architect Wilkinson Eyre (design pictured); Countryside Properties, with Richard Rogers Partnership, Arup Associates, KHK and S&P Architects; and Karis/ING, with architects Gehry Partners, CZWG, HOK Sport and artist Antony Gormley.
