Two years ago, Building started the 99% Campaign to urge the industry and government to make the UK’s existing building stock more energy efficient.

Now a consultation by the UK Green Building Council is set to move things forward. Submissions will be put to the government’s Low Carbon Homes Strategy expected from the government next spring.
