Safety blunder

Thanks to James McClune for this photo. He says: "The red sign has been papered over saying 'No access - please use opposite pavement'.

"The lad in the jacket, positioned to 'control' the pedestrians, is just watching them instead. Site manager - nowhere to be seen.

"Result? Imminent danger of a bus jam sandwich"
