Grangefield Estates has submitted these plans for a “health mall” in Manchester city centre.

The developer wants to anchor the 4 million ft2 development in Chancellor Place with a range of health and medical facilities.

It will also include 2,000 homes, offices, leisure and retail premises, and a pedestrian bridge over the Mancunian Way. The masterplanner is EDAW, the engineer is Martin Stockley Associates and the QS is Hardcastle & Hogarth.
