Atkins has unveiled images of this hotel and residential scheme in the Indonesian capital of Jakarta.

The Regatta scheme's oval-shaped hotel building will have 320 rooms and a ballroom for 1000 guests, as well as a 2000 m2 sky lobby with restaurant 148 m above the sea. Ten residential towers, with a total of 920 apartments, will sit in a 25,600 m2 water park. Phase one of the scheme, which includes four of the apartment towers, is expected in December 2007.
