This £265m PFI hospital redevelopment has been designed by architect Swanke Hayden Connell.

The practice is part of the Skanska Innisfree consortium that has been named preferred bidder for the Kings Mill and Mansfield hospitals for an NHS Primary Care Trust in Nottinghamshire. Work on the 95,000 m2 site will be complete by early 2011.
