Professor Roger Flanagan, construction management and engineering professor at the University of Reading, has been appointed non-executive director of Halcrow Group.
The consultant's group chairman, Derek Pollock, said: "The board has been looking for someone who has been involved in the processes of development and delivery for major infrastructure projects. Professor Flanagan is a renowned expert in these fields."
