School built by Miller Construction in Warwickshire boasts biomass boiler and green roofs

A specialist performing arts college with a BREEAM excellent rating has just opened in Warwickshire.

Miller Construction took 82 weeks to build North Leamington School, which provides education for 11-18 year-olds and has capacity for 1500 pupils.

The project, which cost £29m and covers 15000m2 on a 17ha site, incorporates a biomass boiler as primary heat source and green roofs to most buildings.
