AtkinsRéalis creates new MD role at building and places team

AtkinsRéalis has appointed Richard Bonner as managing director of its Buildings & Places team in the UK and Ireland.

A newly created role, Bonner will be in charge of 2,000 people and the firm said: “The bolstering of the business unit will mean it can more effectively support clients as they meet the challenge of delivering the investments needed to position our cities, towns and high streets for economic revival.”

Bonner has been at AtkinsRéalis for two years, having joined as markets director for Building & Places from Arcadis.
