Staffordshire developer Jessup has submitted plans for this £65m scheme to regenerate Walsall’s canal area.

The Cannock-based company is applying for permission to build 360 flats, a 4,800m2 office block, restaurants and a cafe on a site next to Urban Splash’s scheme for the town. The architect of the scheme is SE Faizey. The canal zone is a central element in Walsall Regeneration Company’s masterplan for the Black Country town’s revival.
