Safety blunder

Thanks to Tony Giddings for this photo. He says: "This picture was taken in Barbados on a recent holiday.

"The concreting gang were standing (balanced!) on a ring beam's shuttering placing the wet concrete two storeys up with the reinforcing starter bars jutting up between their legs."
