Rebecca Napier joins £5.6bn-turnover housebuilder in August
Britain’s largest housebuilder Barratt Redrow has announced the appointment of Rebecca Napier as chief financial officer.
Napier will join the £5.6bn-turnover housebuilder on 3 August, succeeding Mike Scott who stood down in January.
Napier was most recently CFO at soft drinks giant Britvic until its acquisition by Carlsberg last year. She previously spent 17 years at International Airlines Group including four years as CFO at British Airways.

She started her career at Deloitte, having qualified as a chartered accountant.
Caroline Silver, chair of Barratt Redrow, said: “As we near completion of the integration of Barratt and Redrow, Rebecca’s energy, discipline and capital markets experience will be critical in helping us to build on the benefits of the combination and create sustainable value for shareholders.”
Barratt Redrow is Britain’s largest housebuilder by turnover, according to Housing Today’s Top 50 Housebuilders list and completed more than 16,000 homes last year.
