British Board of Agrément brings in Digby Harper as chairman and Lynne Sullivan as director

The British Board of Agrément (BBA), the approval body for construction products and installers, has announced the appointment of Digby Harper as chairman of the board.

Lynne Sullivan, director of sustainability at Broadway Malyan’s London office, is also joining the board as a director.

Harper, who was already a member of the BBA’s council and promotional advisory committee, retired as chief executive of certificate holder Celotex earlier this year.

He said he was delighted with the appointment and that his longstanding industry involvement and interest in the environment would be “a great help” to the organisation.

Sullivan said she was “thrilled and honoured” to join the BBA's governing board.

She said: “I look forward to contributing to the BBA's plans to provide more environmental information on products for architects and others involved in the selection and use of building products.”

Greg Cooper, BBA chief executive, added: “The BBA board has seen some major planned changes in personnel in the past two years and now with the appointment of Digby and Lynne we have the strongest board the BBA has ever had.”
