Developers locked in High Court battle over Enfield site

Property developers Bellway Homes and Laing Homes are locked in battle in a row over a site in Enfield, Middlesex.

Bellway has turned to the High Court in London where it is seeking declarations under the trusts of Land and Appointment of trustees Act 1996, and an injunction.
