Two senior development managers join the German PFI specialist as it focuses on UK.

German PFI specialist Bilfinger Berger BOT has snapped up two senior development managers to concentrate on investment projects in the UK and Ireland.

The firm, the PFI arm of contractor Bilfinger Berger, has recruited Chris Rhead as pojects director concentrating on a £350m RSDBFO 2 Infrastructure Project in Northern Ireland with early focus on development on the Liverpool LIFT scheme.

Kyle Clements has joined the Northen Ireland team as bid manager taking a lead role on the Belfast School’s project.

Chris Rhead has extensive investment experience in operations and bid management while Kyle Clements has six years experience working with leading UK investment teams.

Bilfinger Berger BOT said 2005 would be its most successful year to date closing on three projects and awaiting preferred bidder offer on two further projects.
