Lesha Chetty spent seven years at rival as Aecom brings in new building surveying boss
Bovis has brought in a new managing director of its consulting business from Mace Consult.
Lesha Chetty has joined after seven years at Mace where she held a number of roles including most recently major programme director.
Bovis said: “Her appointment reflects Bovis’ ambition to grow its consultancy business, combining strategic advice, sector expertise and delivery capability to help clients unlock value and successfully deliver major programmes.”
Chief executive David Cadiot added: “[Chetty’s] blend of strategic advisory expertise, commercial leadership and hands-on delivery experience makes her an excellent fit for Bovis.”
Meanwhile, Aecom has appointed Jenny Beilby as head of building surveying for the UK and Ireland.
She has joined from AtkinsRéalis where she was a director, leading a multi-disciplinary team of project managers, cost consultants, building surveyors and health and safety advisors.
Aecom’s managing director of buildings and places Jo Streeten said: “Jenny’s strong technical expertise combined with her strategic leadership and client-centric mindset make her perfectly placed to lead and grow our building surveying team in the coming years.”
