Firm, which won office job last summer, now looking at housing part of central London redevelopment
Bovis is understood to be looking at the residential scheme being planned as part of a new office tower it is set to build near the British Museum in London.
The firm won BC Group’s 19-storey One Museum Street scheme last summer, having beaten Mace to the £200m deal.
Now as well as building the 22,650sq m office tower, which used to be a 17-storey Travelodge hotel, Bovis is looking at carrying out the housing and retail parts of the job which run across three six-storey buildings and one five-storey block and includes 44 homes.
Designed by DSDHA, the tower was approved by Camden council in 2023 but faced a series of legal challenges which ended the following September when the High Court refused an attempt by campaigners to bring a full judicial review against the decision to approve it.

The housing deal is understood to have a price tag of £50m.
