Firm swapping Stratford for space at 1 Eversholt Street

Bovis is set to move into new London offices in November after being based in Stratford for nearly a year.

The firm has been billeted at the office and residential scheme, now called Stratford Cross, since the start of the year that former owner Lendlease has been developing.

Around 200 staff from Bovis will move into two floors covering 11,400sq ft at the new office outside Euston station from the middle of next month.

Around 115 Bovis staff will swap Stratford for a new office outside Euston station next month

The firm, when it was known as Lendlease, moved into 5 Merchant Square at the end of summer 2022 after around a dozen years at British Land’s Regent’s Place development which was built by the then Bovis Lend Lease.

Lendlease, which is working on the Euston station masterplan, is also moving its staff from Stratford into 1 Eversholt Street although Building understands the two firms will be completely separate.
