Firm picked up divisions when it bought them out of administration nearly four years ago
Byrne has rebranded its O’Keefe demolition and groundworks businesses.
The concrete frame specialist bought civils firm O’Keefe Group out of administration in summer 2022 but kept the O’Keefe name.
The firm said the businesses would now be known as Byrne Demolition and Byrne Groundworks.

Chief executive Michael Byrne said: “Bring[ing] these specialist divisions under the unified Byrne Group banner reflects our strategic intent to create greater integration, efficiency and alignment across our services.
“Byrne Demolition will provide early-stage client support on demolition and re-purposing projects, while Byrne Groundworks will focus on enabling and earthworks packages, with drainage and utilities at its core.”
The demolition arm has been working on a job to tear down the Allen Stand at Lord’s cricket ground for sister firm Ellmer Construction.
And the groundworks business is completing a civils package at the North London Heat & Power Plant on behalf of another sister company, Byrne Bros.
