This Edaw-designed masterplan for the redevelopment of Bracknell town centre, Berkshire, was unveiled this week. The plan includes 821 residential units, more than 44,000 m2 of office space and 56,000 m2 of retail. Financial support for the project was granted by the South East of England Development Agency.

The landowners are Legal & General, Bracknell Regeneration Trust and Hutley Holdings.
