Chartered Institute of Building appoints Hill senior boss

Senior vice president at Hill International Keith Pickavance has been appointed senior vice president of the Chartered Institute of Building.

Pickavance spent the last seven years producing a series of masterclasses in conjunction with the CIOB, training all facets of the construction industry in the implementation of best practices in time-management, delay and disruption avoidance and dispute resolution efficiency.

Now head of Hill’s Hong Kong office, he was elected a fellow of the CIOB in 2003 and last year served as junior vice president within the organisation.
