A design team led by Italian architect Carlo Ratti is looking for sites in London to build the “Cloud”, an inflatable structure filled with LEDs on top of a spiral tower

Ratti said he was working on the project with a team that included Arup, structural engineer Jörg Schlaich, Italian author Umberto Eco, members of Barack Obama’s campaign team and the search engine Google.
