Lakehouse, ISG and EC Harris are among firms to have made new appointments


Lakehouse has made three high-level appointments. Colin Marshall joins from Taylor Wimpey to head up the contractor’s development division, Simon Green joins as head of sustainability and Morley Young becomes the firm’s renewables manager.

ISG has appointed Don Stewart business development director for its North-east region.

Fit-out specialist Overbury has recruited Pat McGill to be its head of engineering.

Manchester-based Ocon Construction has promoted Rob Greaves to the newly created role of development director.


Banyards has appointed former Jones Lang LaSalle director Mike Russell its new managing director.

EC Harris has appointed David Mairs to be a partner in its affordable housing division. Mairs will lead the firm’s treasury and debt fund raising services. 


Regeneration specialist Coast & County has appointed John Holmes its new chairman.
