Chris Houchin, formerly business development director at Lend Lease’s construction arm, has joined Miller Construction as national business development director.
Seddon Construction has hired Jade Hollis as business development manager for the Midlands.
Apollo Services, the responsive maintenance arm of the Apollo Group, has appointed Andy Cornaby group business development manager.
Specialists
Roofing and cladding specialist Lakesmere has appointed Ross Callicott Business Development Manager. Callicott will work to secure contracts across the Middle East, North Africa and emerging markets.
NG Bailey has recruited Daren Harris as its new group finance director and Bob Dunnett as managing director of its IT Services division. Harris joins the firm from Raytheon Systems Ltd, and Dunnett from Carillion.
Consultants
Mount Anvil has appointed Lynda Catt head of marketing. Catt will head up corporate communications at the specialist London property developer, as well as overseeing scheme-specific marketing and PR programmes.
