The framework covers work in Manchester as well as the wider North-west

The framework, which covers jobs valued over £8m, was last procured for in 2019, with Kier and Graham the big winners.

In total, 13 contractors were named on that iteration of the framework, which was also worth £1.5bn.

One project currently being built under the NWCH framework is the Manchester arts scheme known as The Factory, which is being built by Laing O’Rourke.

Firms have until 15 August to bid for the latest generation of the framework, which is expected to run from the beginning of next year to the end of 2026.
